Lucky Lady's Charm Deluxe FAQ

Lucky Lady's Charm Deluxe FAQ

Lucky Lady's Charm Deluxe is a Novomatic online slot game that has undergone a few design changes in recent years. It is still the same game in terms of theming and features, but the implementation is a bit different. To learn more about Lucky Lady's Charm, check out our FAQs below, or head straight to Lucky Lady’s Charm Deluxe and check out the changes yourself.

1. Does the game still have 10 paylines?

Yes, the number of paylines remains at 10. However, there is a major difference in how active paylines are chosen. Rather than clicking + and - buttons to change paylines, this version requires you to click a single button that opens a small window with 10 choices. Just click the choice you want and your active paylines will be set.

2. How does Autoplay work in this version?

In the original iteration of Lucky Lady's Charm, Autoplay followed a basic formula of choosing the number of automatic spins you wanted and then clicking the 'Spin' button to get them started. Things are different here. Gone are both the 'Autoplay' button and the + and - buttons for determining the number of spins. These have been replaced by a single toggle switch.

Clicking that toggle switch turns on automatic spinning immediately. Automatic spins continue uninterrupted until you either trigger bonus play or run out of credits. You have to click the toggle switch again to turn the automatic spinning off. We have seen a similar procedure in Vikings Go Berzerk. Did you know that we wrote a review on that game a few weeks ago? You can find our Vikings Go Berzerk Review on our blog page.

3. Is the Gamble feature still intact?

Lucky Lady's Charm's 50-50 Gamble feature is still intact. In order to use it, you have to generate at least one winning combination on a standard spin. Provided you do that, you will have to choose to either collect your winnings or gamble them. If you choose to gamble, you'll be presented with a 50-50 bet based on two choices.

A win doubles your prize for that spin and gives you yet another chance to gamble. A loss returns you to standard play with no winnings for that spin. You can gamble up to 8 times in a single round.

4. What does the 'Menu' button do?

Novomatic has dispensed with the 'Paytable' button and replaced it with a 'Menu' button instead. Clicking the 'Menu' button allows you to choose to either open the Paytable or exit the game.

5. What is the Paytable for?

It is one thing to sit down and start playing an online slot game with no information about the game. It's an entirely different thing to truly understand what you're doing. Opening the Paytable gives you access to the details of the game.

The Paytable offers a visual representation of all of the paylines as well as the values of each of the symbols. Some Paytables even offer a basic outline of bonus features. You should always study the Paytable of any new online slots you're playing for the first time.

6. What are all of the volume buttons at the bottom?

Observant players will notice that there are three separate volume buttons at the bottom of the screen. The first allows players to turn music on and off. The second turns sound effects on or off. The third controls both simultaneously. You can use this third button to completely mute the sound or enable both music and sound effects with one click.

7. What are the lower and higher paying symbols?

Your lower paying symbols are the playing card values from 9 through Ace. The Ace is the highest paying symbol in this set. As for the other symbols, they are as follows: the gold coin, the four-leaf clover, the horseshoe, the ladybird, and the rabbit foot. The last two pay 30x when you land five of them.

8. Are there Wild and Scatter symbols?

Yes, Lucky Lady's Charm Deluxe plays with both Wild and Scatter symbols. The Lucky Lady herself acts as the Wild, substituting for all other symbols but the Scatter. She also doubles any wins she has a part in generating. As for the Scatter, it is a glowing crystal ball with two functions: it pays out separate wins whenever two or more land anywhere on the reels and it triggers the game's Free Spins bonus.

9. Is there anything unique about the Free Spins game?

Yes and no. In terms of rules and play, it is like most other Free Spins bonus out there. The one unique aspect is the fact that all wins are tripled during bonus play. In many other games, wins are either doubled or not multiplied at all.

10. Does the game offer any special animations?

Yes, there are a few animations designed to enhance gameplay. That said, Lucky Lady's Charm is a decidedly low-key game that focuses primarily on the reels and symbols.
